		<description>I think it depends on how much water you have in it. Batches with more alcohol and sugar will freeze at a lower temperature than those with less, so I'd advise you to be sparing about the amount of water you add, but not about the sugar. Good luck!</description>

		<description>I've made Limoncello and find that some batches, when kept in the freezer, develop ice crystals so it's more like a slushy than a clear liquid.  Do you know what would cause this?  Thank you.</description>
