This is from an Applebee’s my family went to when we were in South Dakota visiting relatives over Christmas. Apparently Applebee’s has a very lenient definition of “cocktail,” as a “Brewtus” seems to consist of nothing more than a draft beer, without so much as a garnish to distinguish it.

(”Gifuto Shoppu” is “gift shop” written in Roman characters but subject to Japanese phonetic restraints.)

| Name | Genre | First album |
| Cy Pres | Norse death metal | Testator |
| The Erie Problem | Emo | Substance/Procedure (double album) |
| Frolic and Detour | Precious indie-pop (thanks, Joe) |
Deviation |
| Holographic Will | Emo | Handmade |
| Mis(s)prison | Gangsta rap | Tha Secret |
| Real Covenant | Christian rock | Running with the Land |
| The Remaindermen | Jangle-pop | Vested |
| Thalweg | Art metal | Lines |
Hooray!
