MS Word Brokenness (#1,729 in a series)

Would somebody tell me exactly why Microsoft Word thinks that “estoppel” isn’t a word, but has no problem with the far less common “estoppels”?

Edit: “Promisor” and “promisee” are missing as well. Microsoft totally fails Contracts. Do not pass Go, do not collect specific performance.
